Ordering Online:
We employ a method of interaction with our visitors that does not compromise
credit card information. This online system is 100% secure. We encourage
you to feel comfortable using your credit card to conduct commerce on
our site. If you wish, you may also send us a Postal Order or personal
check. Personal checks will delay your order as we must wait for your
funds to clear before we ship any merchandise.
Delivery Information:
Shipping and handling charges are calculated on a per-product basis. Please make
note of the delivery charges associated with each item. Priority Mail Shipping USA -$6.00 (additional shipping cost will be included for orders outside of the USA, Alaska & Hawaii).

Please allow additional 7-10 business days for shipping of your merchandise
if paid by personal check. To order by check, just print the order form
with your shopping cart contents from the order confirmation page and
complete the necessary fields, then mail the form to the address above.
Prices:
Goods are charged at prices shown on the product pages on the date the customer
places the order. Prices are correct at time of publication. Errors and omissions
are excepted. Orders will be processed at our published prices.
Cancellation Policy:
Customers can cancel their order within 24 hours of placing it. To
cancel use the contact form on our website. Please
provide contact information and order number so that we may contact
you if we have questions in regards to canceling your order. Every
effort will be made to accommodate the cancellation of your order.
Return / Refund Policy:
Policy Skateboarding, Inc’s. interest is making sure that you are
satisfied with your purchases and our service. Refunds and/or exchanges
will be made up to 30 days from the date the order was shipped. Refunds
do not include shipping or handling unless we determine the product is
defective. Refunds can be requested via e-mail and will be issued upon
receiving the returned item(s). Products must be in like-new condition.
Items must be returned in the original package with the packing slip.
NO C.O.D returns will be accepted.
Complaints:
If we should receive a complaint about any part of our service or product,
by phone, fax, e-mail or letter, it will be assessed and dealt with
accordingly. If a response is applicable, we will reply within 5
working days. It will be dealt with confidentially and effectively. |
