We have tested the Ollie Buster for wear and tear and
it is a tough skateboard tool, but so are the abuses of
skateboarding. You should always inspect your Ollie Buster,
and all of your skateboard gear, for excessive wear and
defects before use. Never use any skateboard equipment
that may be defective. Policy Skateboarding, Inc. does
not guarantee against use and abuse or wear and tear. Skateboarding
is an injury prone activity and the risk of skateboard
injury will vary greatly from rider to rider. Policy Skateboarding,
Inc. does not accept responsibility for any injuries or
damages that may occur when using the Ollie Buster or any
related skateboard equipment. The Ollie Buster is not designed
for doing tricks such as: board grabs of the skateboard;
board slide tricks that may allow the Ollie Buster to catch
on surfaces which may cause the Ollie Buster to loosen
or detach; kick flips or similar tricks that would cause
the Ollie Buster to wrap around the skateboard. Please
